Patient Registration module where the patient demographical details are entered and the details will be centrally available to the system. Also this keep track of Patient relatives data and head of the family which provides a family profile. Also it keep track of History of patients visits to hospital, charges, diagnosis, Lab test, X-Ray tests, Appointments (Previous and future). Also this keep information about the patients category i.e. if the patient is sponsored by a company, insurance or cash paying patients etc. Also tracking system is available to find the registration # in case the patient forget to produce the id themselves.
