Engineering Services is a complete maintenance management system includes online Equipment Maintenance (Planned Preventive [PM], and Corrective Maintenance [CM]). Also online service request wizard is available to the users to request for corrective and breakdown maintenance, which will directed to Engineering Department. Spare part inventory control system is available to track availability of Spares for the equipments. Also these systems are integrated with Material management system - Purchase Order Tracking, which enables engineering to follow-up their purchases and track the progress.
